Description

The project involved the design of a 272 sq.m. area, where the creation of three apartments was required, two of which were for rent. We decided to convert this apartment into a residential one, focusing on ensuring maximum comfort.

Our Solutions

The apartment features a concrete floor and high-quality 33rd-grade laminate. As an accent, the walls of the hallway and living room were adorned with wooden panels, and hidden doors and baseboards were installed. Magnetic light fixtures, Austrian-Italian furniture, and hardware were used. In the bathrooms, Italian-Spanish tiles were applied. Every detail and requirement was fully met.
